Horrible place they apartments are dirty nothing is updated the dish washer machine has rust in them all the balcony’s are dirty and wasps nest are infested the staff don’t even go view the apartment before they rent them out. If I knew what I knew now I would never have stepped foot on they property so take this as a warning even if you on you last coin being homeless is better then renting I would’ve invested into an extended stay before signing with them !!! I have been a resident of this apartment community for over three years and have always paid my rent on time. Unfortunately, my experience regarding resident safety and management responsiveness has been extremely disappointing. After two separate shootings occurred in the community, including an incident that resulted in a bullet hole above my son’s bed, I reached out to management with serious safety concerns. Experience has been horrible. The property managers are nice but the property has consistent maintenance and pest control issues that go unresolved for weeks even months. If you can afford better don’t choice here.
Greg Harrison of Elite at Lakeview apartments was very helpful with getting my kitchen sink fixed and stopped the leak from under the sink. Exceptional young man
