I Erwin Bennett a independent senior honorable discharged VA don't have time or money on fixed income for unexpected fees with payment in full for lease and two applications fees total of $100.00 and none of my stove tops grills stay on long enough to boil water for my instant coffee or cook my food in my freezer have me having to eat out everyday which way over my planned budget and I didn't move here for my kids and family members to support me. Which means good business practice would be doing right by the tenants.
Just recently moved in and the entire staff is awesome especially the guy at the front desk Greg very helpful during the whole process great apartments
Recently moved into the apartments, I love my place! The leasing agent Greg was super helpful and went far above his responsibilities to assist me through the process from start to finish. Highly recommended
I came to tour the property because i applied and Greg was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful
Horrible experience living at this property. The leasing agents are extremely incompetent. The office always seems to remain closed even during business hours. Wrote multiple complaints to the office manager about our upstairs neighbor being loud and disruptive during quiet hours and this was never addressed. We called the police numerous times to mitigate this issue and this never helped. The manager had us to sign our lease 4 times prior to moving in all because they for some odd reason had trouble doing simple math to cal... read more
