David, our sales rep was great. Installation was also great. The final result couldn’t be better!
You can see the seam in my grass, it looks very cheap and tacky after we were promised you wouldn’t be able to see it. It’s also very hot to walk on. I’m very disappointed.
Had my front and back yard done by this company and am very satisfied with their service. From the four quotes that I got they were the second lowest but the most professional of all. From Eldridge to the proposal and all the included information to the installation was top notch. So happy the way my house looks now.
My Elite experience was amazing. Eldridge was super helpful at answering all my questions and making sure my project was scheduled as quickly as possible. He provided constant updates and made sure everything was to my liking. Awesome customer service. Benji and crew are superior craftsman at what they do. I was in awe at watching them work and amazed at how quickly they got it done. In the end my project turned out just as I imagined it.
