My Kenmore refrigerator needed repair. I called Elite hoping it would e a good experience. I couldn't have chosen a finer company. I called and had an appointment the same day. Richard called prior to the time scheduled to see if it was OK to come earlier. I was pleased. Well, Richard arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted a reasonable price for the work.The work was done. The work space was left clean and I have my fridge back. I was very impressed and highly recommend Elite
Our hot water heat was not working properly. With the extreme cold weather we recently had, it was apparent the boiler needed help. Richard came out, immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the heat pump, and we were back up to 100 % immediately. Courteous, prompt, extremely knowledgable.
