HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We are always blown away with this company. They have shown up for us time and time again with each any every appliance issue we have experienced. (And there have been several.) This time Micheal came to check out our washing machine. He was quick, kind, knowledgeable and provided us with an action plan. I had them come out and to give me an estimate on fixing my GE Profile fridge and everything started great. The service tech was friendly and quick. However the estimate just stated the wanted to change a "defrost kit". When I called the front office to ask what parts are in "defrost kit" they said the tech Mikey would call me. After two days I never got a call so I called the office again and they said Mikey would call. This time he gave me quick call and said some parts real quick but seemed busy and said I could text him.... read more
They work fast, very knowledgeable and kind. Will absolutely use again and highly recommend to others. Even able to deal with my elderly family who can be hard to handle with great care!
There are craftsmen, and there are parts changers. Steven is definitely a craftsman. After resolving the main problem with my dryer, he identified a less obvious problem and stuck with it until the problem was resolved. The appointment was easy to schedule. I was notified when he was on the way.
They were very professional. The technician called me when he was on his way to my house. Unfortunately due the type of issue my refrigerator had there was no permanent repair. He even told me, the repair they could do was costly and it wouldn't be permanent. He simply recommended that I shut off the ice-maker. He told me there was a class action lawsuit against this maker. I really appreciated his honesty. This goes a long way with me. I'll definitely be calling them on my next issue. Thank you for the awesome service!!
