I have used these guys in the past when Zach was still there and they were great. Called recently after returning from Minnesota to an issue of a refrigerator door being cracked open over the summer and ice build up on everything inside. When I called, Steve said they were a couple days out, but said I could probably fix my problem myself by defrosting it for 24 hours and plugging it back in.
