Michael provided clear, straightforward explanations for the problem. He laid out the options and recommended an option that was best for us but also the cheapest. As always when needing Elite, we had a positive experience
Michael was very pleasant. I chose to buy a new machine vs replace the circuit board needed for repair as it was pretty pricey. I will definitely call Elite if I should need appliance repair in future as I feel they are responsive and everyone I dealt with from scheduling to service was friendly, respectful and honest. We can’t say enough good things about elite appliance repair. They have been to our house for our microwave and our washing machine and both times were friendly and honest service. They should be your go to for appliance repairs. Micheal took the time to explain exactly what was going on and gave options for us.
