If I could, I would leave zero stars. We paid for him to go to Rush Hospital, and they forced my father to the nearest hospital. The EMT men were so rude! They told me they didn't have names don’t book with this company at all!

I used their service for a hospital to hospital transportation. They showed up in minutes! Asked medical questions precisely, and reported the info to the destination hospital professionally. They even help with luggages. They send you to the hospital you choose.

My son a Neuro Clinic appointment and this company really made us feel valued. Jonathan and Shina were the absolute best!!!! They took their time and patiently waiting while my son had his appointment and got us back to the LTACH facility with zero issues. Thanks ELITE!!!

I had the pleasure to work for Elite Ambulance for a year. It was a fresh start for me as a new EMT-B. The training(ride time) and the orientation training was not enough especially for new people. Also, management at the time didn't really give much recognition for the hard-working EMTs and Paramedics. I loved, however, the flexibility with the schedule and being able to pick up shifts.
