Driver A51 needs to learn how to drive. 8-19-25 intersection of Delany and Grove. The intersection was not clear for him when his light was green but he went anyways and then when the light turned red he was sitting in the intersection and blocked me from being able to go on my green arrow and then I missed my light and it was red when he finally cleared it.
