Elite gave us great next day service for the diagnostics and kept us updated on our service. The service technicians took the time to explain everything to me. Most of all they worked with my home warranty . We will use again when the need arises and recommend to friends.
I have used Elite on several occasions before this job they just finished. All work was satisfactory. They completed a total new install today 3/5/25 and everything seems to be working as expected. I have talked with several office personnel and everyone has been very helpful. This problem started on 1/19/25 and we were without our central heat until today 3/5/25. The warranty company threw every road block they could trying to get out of replacing the unit. Elite came out and after an inspection they recommend a new unit . ... read more
