Very disappointed in Elite Air. They were assigned to me by my warranty company. Multiple calls went to their voicemail (and were never returned) just to get us scheduled for an assessment. It took 7 days for them to get on site. Then when a new unit (condenser) was recommended by their tech they sat on the next step of coordinating with Warranty Company to obtain that new unit. Once I escalated, Elite Air had someone (Linsey) get involved - to quote her “We just want to make sure you are taken care of as soon as possible”. ... read more
