After several attempts by myself and fiance we are beyond frustrated. After 8k spent on a new ac pump we have not been provided with the warranty paperwork we have asked for. We have texted, emailed and called. We have not heard back and it has been weeks. The ac is not good quality as it doesn't cool the house to the temperature we set it on. Now we are going to explore our legal options at this point along with filing a complaint with the BBB.
