My fan on my unit in attic was constantly running. I called elite air in mexia. The owner came out couple days later and tells me relay is stuck in on position. He told me he ordered the part 2 weeks go by I text him and he said the guy hasn’t called him back yet. It’s been 3 damn months I haven’t heard from anybody from elite air in mexia yet. Not trustworthy. Will not call him again. Overpriced for Freon. Charged us 100 a lb and when we called someone else when our fan motor went out not too long after, we were told Freon was only 69 a lb. When we told the new guy everything we were told from elite air he told us that we should have told him take Freon out and take it back with him and other choice words.

We knew that the cold was coming so we called Elite Air. Within two hours, they were at our door. Figured out the problem with our system and ordered the part. As soon as it was available, they came and installed it so we could keep our house toasty and warm for the holidays. Have used Elite Air for years and will continue working with John P.
