I’m extremely disappointed with this business. Before COVID, I had purchased a package deal for cosmetic services chemical peels and microdermabrasion, but after the pandemic, they changed their name (Body Chic) and conveniently “forgot” to refund or honor the prepaid packages. It’s clear they used the name change to avoid their obligations to loyal customers like me. To anyone considering purchasing prepaid services here: DON’T DO IT. Marla was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process at every appointment. Can’t recommend her services enough!!!!
