Booked an appointment that was cancelled as she was unwell. Tried to reschedule for a period of 3 weeks however I was given more excuses and very delayed responses and then she stopped responding to my messages, she kept my deposit and ignored my request to refund my deposit. So unprofessional and rude!
Had my lips done with Laura this week, I could not be happier! They are exactly how I wanted them to look, she is an absolute magician! First time I have had my lips done without any bruising and I didn't feel a thing. Laura is so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend!

Had my first ever 1/2 ml lip enhancing done, Laura made me feel very comfortable, explained the procedure thoroughly and gave the numbing cream time to take effect. No rushing, no unsell; I felt VERY comfortable. Will book soon for anti-aging.
