Since moving in, I have experienced multiple ongoing defects that, in my view, have not been properly resolved despite repeated written communication. 1. Warning: Avoid this company. I bought a brand-new home that this company had built, and from the very beginning I’ve been dealing with serious defects and ongoing problems. Every time I contacted them, they either ignored my emails or gave excuses, and none of the issues have been resolved. 1. The rainwater tank and drainage were installed incorrectly. Scott did a major extension to our home last year and we are very happy with the his work. The build quality was great and Scott was very flexible and full of great advice to help us navigate the pitfalls that you encounter with any renovation. We used Scott for designing plans and to obtain DA approval. Scott was extremely patient and responsive throughout the process. He gave his inputs and ideas to accommodate our budget. Quote he provided was also reasonable. Very easy to work with, always updated us along the way and has very good work ethics. We’ll definitely be using Elite additions in the future. Thanks Scott.
