Scott did a major extension to our home last year and we are very happy with the his work. The build quality was great and Scott was very flexible and full of great advice to help us navigate the pitfalls that you encounter with any renovation. We used Scott for designing plans and to obtain DA approval. Scott was extremely patient and responsive throughout the process. He gave his inputs and ideas to accommodate our budget. We highly recommend Elite Additions. Scott was always very responsive, easy to understand and good to deal with. His employees and subcontractors were all friendly, hardworking and trustworthy. Most importantly, we now have a very big extension (doubled the size of our existing house) that's fully built, and to a level of quality that we're happy with.
My wife and I have enjoyed working with Scott and his team in getting our Duplex build, we found Scott to be very easy to work with, even though we encountered the Covid pandemic and the longest rain period to ever hit NSW, we ended up with a great looking Duplex build to a high standard. Elite Decks did a first class job on roof replacement. They installed fantastic insulation such that our electricity costs are half. Also put in enclosed gutters totally preventing leaves getting into gutters. Also did other extension work for eg our living are with the installation of a marvellous stacker sliding doors
