Had a new unit installed a while back. Matt came out and did an excellent service job and was very thorough. Explained my issue well. Prices are good, service even better.
Technician Matt was professional, curteous, and instructive. He took time to empower me to solve problems in the future and prevent those problems. Honest and kind.
People are helpful but it takes a while to get help
Elite AC and Heat worked with my home warranty to get a part ordered and installed in a timely manner!!! I appreciate them keeping me in the loop of the arrival of the part and installing it quickly. Their professionalism and understanding of the problem made the process much easier to handle.
