I wish I could give zero stars. Dealing with the owner, Jose, was the worst customer service experience of my life. This shop uses deceptive bait-and-switch tactics to secure insurance money and then refuses to honor their word. The Bait: I initially wanted to pay out of pocket to avoid insurance hikes. They made a specific promise: if I went through my insurance for my new car's repairs ($8k payout), he would provide a free paint job on another vehicle.
