Small theme park for fun I have been here several times, but in each time it seems to get just a little less exciting. I love their rollercoasters, but they need to build more of them. If you wonder into the small water park, you will find a few rides, and a wave pool with many children. All in all, I wouldn't come here more than once a year. PROS: full of fun CONS: too expensive

A Fun Day Out - Every Once in A While Six Flags Elitch Gardens is one of the smaller amusement parks I've been to. It sits right in the heart of downtown Denver, so space is at a premium. It has quite a few decent rides and a decently sized kids area. One complaint might be that if you suffer from motion sickness there won't be a lot here for you. Not a lot of shows or tame rides like you might find at other larger parks. But it does a good job at providing a fun, festive atmosphere and it's a good time for an occasional tre... read more

Expensive and all flash I'm not a big fan of amusement parks to begin with. I don't like roller coasters so places like this aren't worth the money to get in. This one is pretty expensive and there's not much available unless you're a thrill seeker. If you're into the coasters you might have fun on a couple. My brother likes them and even said this place wasn't all that great as far as rides go. It looks like fun from the outside, but once you're in you soon realize that most of your entry fee will go towards standing in lin... read more

If you need to burn some cash.... you can probably get rid of it all here. It is a lot of fun, I'll say that. The kids area is a day-trip all on it's own. However, every time we're there there's several rides down, and as far as staff -- they're downright snotty.

Great Fun My first time here was with my work's annual picnic. We all got Elitch's tickets and were also given an extra pass, by Elitch's themselves...Pretty nice! So, I don't 'do' rides too much but my son and his dad had a BLAST riding all the thrilling coasters and even enjoyed the bungee jump! OMG talk about a heart attack just WAITING to happen! If you can though, take the PEPSI can promo they have every year, because I would not have gone if I had to pay full price. Oh yeah, and make sure you don't get thirsty while yo... read more

Summer Fun! This is a good family amusement park. It is somewhat small compared to most Six Flags theme parks, and could use more rides. The shows are good, but aren't playing often enough. There is a water park attached to the gardens which is also fairly good, but could be larger. Overall, though, a good day out!

fun We love the water park the most! It's so much fun and we all have a great time playing in the water. Lots to do and something for all ages. Very clean.

Decent, but not outstanding, amusement park Like most amusement parks, this is incredibly expensive, up to $38 for an adult admission. If you go, be sure to go during the summer when the water park is open. During the late-season when the water portion is closed, the remaining area is small and doesn't offer many rides. This park is not worthy of the 6 Flags name, in my opinion.
