I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hohners for years. Followed her through her process of moving facilities and it’s very unfortunate things at Woodridge are not what they used to be at LaGrange. For starters, their phone operating system is trash. After only 3 mins of being on the line, you automatically get sent for a call back from the office and half the time no one calls back. Even if you call early on to give the office ample time. Front desk staff and those working with Hohner in the back need major improvement in this aspect... read more

I have visited with this doctor twice because I had high hopes she would provide me the medical attention I would need. Unfortunately, I did not receive such care. Today I expressed to her how our interactions felt very transactional and although she acknowledged that, she continued to proceed as such. For example, I told her (for the 2nd time) that my elbow hurts and she did not provide any guidance or even offered a referral to someone who can better suit my pain. They cancelled my appointment at the time I arrived. They couldn’t call me ahead of time to save a one hour drive. Very unprofessional!
Dr.Hohner has been great. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is kind. Highly recommend.
