The prep was much easier than what I had previously experienced. Very professional and caring staff. The procedure was on time; some results were immediate and some were delivered as soon as were possible.
Had a special need. She understood and took care of it beautifully.

I had a great experince with the whole team when I went in for another colonoscopy under the guidance of Dr. Lin. From the time I checked in until the time I left everyone was very professional with me. I am so happy the VA found her and will continue to send other Veterans for her care. I hope to go and see her again in 5 years if she is still around. Thank you so much Dr. Lin, Ruby, Josh and everybody that works there for doing such a great job day in and day out.
I see a couple of doctors at GI Alliance. My doctor had an emergency and Dr. Lin rose to the occasion to go ahead and do my annual colonoscopy. I really appreciated her last minute pick up and she went above & beyond what she needed to do. She walked me through what she was going to do and then followed up to tell me what she found. Finally she sent me a letter to report her findings after pathology was sent back. Thank you Dr. Lin.
