Useless! Can’t leave messages with her and she reads but doesn’t respond to any text messages! Worst agent we ever dealt with! Had to get a lawyer involved to contact her so we could try to get out of contract! She should be jailed!
The incredible incompetence and lack of professional conduct by Elisha Lopez is quite extraordinary. I have never ever experienced a realtor conducting herself as poorly and suspiciously as she has. Elisha and I had agreed multiple times for her to show to me the property including a day and time. When the day came, she left me hanging and did not respond to my contacts even on the very day of the showing, while I had carved out time out of my schedule to drive to the property. I had an executed contract on a house that Elisha Lopez had listed. She did not communicate with her seller about OTOW required estoppel repairs or that the seller would have to clear a minor defect in the title. The seller called my agent the day before the closing for information because he had not heard from or been able to contact Elisha. He was shocked that there was no closing possible! I am having a terrible experience with Ocala Realty World, particularly with realtor Elisha Lopez. My father needed his house sold quickly to move from Florida to Michigan and required the proceeds to cover his rent and care. Elisha promised to handle everything within 2-3 weeks, including cleaning the house and selling my dad's vehicles.
