Started out in 1954, Yala's Pizza was originally owned by the Talloni family. It was a family owned and operated pizzeria that was loved by many in Lorain, Ohio. In 1976 Eliseo DeSantis started up his own pizzeria named after himself, Eliseo's Pizza. In 1989, the Talloni family felt it time to retire and that the company would be handled best by his family friends, the DeSantis' as both families hailed from Ascoli Piceno, Italy. Refused me service because I wasn’t able to pick up 2 bite size pizzas the day before due to card messing up willing to pay cash today and was not given service. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED will not be spending my money with them any longer!
Service is quick and kind, pizza is delicious; best i’ve ever had.
