I cannot express how incredible Elise was as our doula. To be honest I wasn't sure if I needed one or how it all worked as this was my first pregnancy. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Elise throughout my pregnancy, and I can't recommend her highly enough. From our monthly meetings to the labor and delivery class she taught at the Okanagan College, she was a constant source of knowledge, support, and reassurance. Elise was such an incredible and essential piece of our birth experience. She helped to guide me and my partner in our birth planning and supported us in advocating for ourselves and our baby as we went through the labouring and birth.
