A physician referred her for my mother. On a recent appointment, the staff kept changing the appointment time and then changed it back via text. I tried on 2 occasions during office hours to confirm the correct time, No one answered and no calls were returned until after the second message. We arrived at the appointment 10 minutes late and my 91 year old parent and myself were RUDELY,told by a staff member that we were late and she did not think we would be seen.
