I would highly recommend Elise as an agent and resource for local SB (or all over SB county) contracting and home improvement recommendations. She has personally helped me purchase a home right after the sale of another home in a very tight time crunch. She went to bat for me many times with the seller, got the paperwork done expeditiously, was responsive and met with contractors on my behalf when I wasnt able to.
