Dr. Kwon was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She diagnosed my thyroid problem and did a biopsy to make sure I was Ok. I can not thank her enough for her diligence and care.
In my opinion, I felt more like another File being pushed through the office for billing purposes rather than a patient. I felt like she was only following the books rather than listening to the Patients experience and symptoms. Medicine and Symptoms are not a one size fits all. Listen to your Patients. They know their bodies best.
