Thus far Dr. Hagen has been terrific. After my post surgery visit, I will certainly provide a more thorough review.
The most wonderful and caring doctor have had in a long time. I am hearing impaired and this was my first visit. She was so warm and helpful w/me. It was like I have known her all my life. I would recommend her to everyone. I did not feel rushed at all. The staff were also exceptional. So glad I found them.

Horrible experience with the office staff- I tried calling to get the results of testing Dr Hagen ordered and was told the Dr was busy and would call me back. Days would pass, and I would call again, and get the same treatment. Finally after three weeks a very irate office worker (not the nurse) looked in my file and gave me a one word response to a very involved medical problem. I took the hint and changed Doctors that day- no respect for privacy, or my health.
