My spouse, who suffers from endometriosis and requires check ups to deal with cysts and other symptoms, scheduled an appt with this provider 5 MONTHS AGO and the day of her appointment she gets cancelled due to a sick day, and rescheduled for 2 MONTHS later. This is an embarrassment and complete sham as a healthcare provider. Zero notice, zero accountability, and zero thought for your patients. Thus far Dr. Hagen has been terrific. After my post surgery visit, I will certainly provide a more thorough review.
The most wonderful and caring doctor have had in a long time. I am hearing impaired and this was my first visit. She was so warm and helpful w/me. It was like I have known her all my life. I would recommend her to everyone. I did not feel rushed at all. The staff were also exceptional. So glad I found them.
