Pésimo servicio no vallan a ese salón no lo recomiendo y súper caro
I’ve gotten bad haircuts before, but I’ve never left a hair salon crying and still charged for the service. I asked for my hair short in the back, layered on top, side swept bangs, and long sides. I left with the back long, the top in a mushroom shape, and straight across bangs. I went back and expressed this is not what I asked for, and was gaslighted and told it was and it looked good. They refused to refund me so now I am out money due to paying for a stylists service who did not listen. Now I’ll have to grow out my hair ... read more
DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE!!! I went for a haircut and a wash and set. I specifically told her I wanted layers but that I didn’t want to cut off too much. She started cutting my hair didn’t even ask me if the length she was going to cut was ok, she just proceeded to cut and chopped half of my hair off. She saw how upset I was and just told me that I needed AND charged me full price ($70). Didn’t even have the courtesy to give a discount knowing she messed up my haircut. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place!!... read more
