Let me start by saying that I'm a firefighter and work out everyday when I'm not on duty. I've had quite a few massages in my life and I'm pretty picky and critical about them, but let me just say Liz is an amazing massage therapist!!! I couldn't move my neck when I went to see her, by the end of my 90 minute session I could move my neck in all directions. I asked for deep tissue and that's what I got!
