this Dr's negligence caused us so much stress and trouble on getting a simple prescription!! It urned out that she never sent out the prescribing to the Pharmacy, and when we called the office to inquire for whether it is sent ...the office front desk accused us for making a mistake and insist it was sent, so we run to the CVS again and only was told it's never sent!!! Had appt scheduled for 11:30. An hour later and still had not seen Dr. Assistant came to room to say the Dr would be 5 more min (never the case!) So I got dressed and left. Why bother making an appt??
Dr. Aronow seems OK. nice person but she spent more time talking about her frustration with technology than me or reason for my appt. I realized after I left she forgot to do part of my examination. The real frustration is with the office and operational side of business. Was suppose to be given a prescription before I left. It didn’t happen and I thought - ‘oh well I’ll just call them and ask them to call my pharmacy. Not problem - right. Wrong.
