I went to Elisa looking for a new PCP. I was expecting smiles. Good bedside manner. No. She didn’t smile once. Was not personable. She did not listen to me at all. Submitted referrals I did not need. Did not send me with a lab script even though I wasn’t old I needed one. The facilities parking was atrocious. I will not be going back here. Autumn the resident was fantastic. Dr. Quintana was pleasant and professional. She listened to my history and was proactive moving forward.
Dr Quintana has been my primary for a couple of years now. She is very thorough and does what is needed and I like her a lot. She genuinely cares about patients.
Dr. Elisa is by far the best PCP I ever had in life. I was lucky to find her and although she just went to a location that is far from me, I am happy to drive out and still have her as my PCP. She does amazing screening and actually took the time to listen and get to know about my health concerns and then advised accordingly. Thank you Dr. Elisa! God bless you!
