Dr. Soltero is great! She is very thorough in her evaluations and intervention plans. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they receive the treatment that they need. Her office staff is very helpful and works diligently to ensure out of network insurance coverage and medication costs. I highly recommend!!
The one time I was there she was very thorough and took her time but the office was extremely unorganized with only one person working, plus I had to wait over an hour to get in. Going back again so I'll post an update!
Absolutely horrible! No people skills!completely disorganized! No idea how to see Alzheimer's patient! Only doctor within 100 miles drive see a decent neurologist. Doctor comes out and says are you my 3:45 hello! Where is my 3:45! Oh not you! You don't know my name? Said something to reception and doctor comes back by and said do you have a problem? I heard my name. Yes I have a huge problem with a neurologist that doesn't have common courtesy to speak to an Alzheimer's patient! Absolutely unacceptable!
