Elisa Griggs helped us sell both our home and our lot during a difficult transition time. She went above and beyond in keeping us informed, presenting relevant data, guiding us through some of the more bumpy parts of the process, providing encouragement when it was just crickets and I thought it would never sell, and overall keeping a positive vibe. Elisa was a wonderful realtor to work with every step of the way. Her team helped us get the house ready to put on the market and made a sometimes overwhelming task very doable. She communicated with us often and was available for questions. She kept us updated about the local market and her plans for our house.
