My experience was great.
Elisa G. Melendez, MD was extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. I’ve been going to Intermountain and even brought my mom here for a check-up, but our experience with her was terrible. From the start, she was unpleasant, dismissive, and made the environment very uncomfortable. My mom felt so disrespected that she wanted to walk out. Based on this experience, I would never recommend her to anyone.
