Great doctor!
Is an Amaizing Doctor
If you are a new patient, do not waste your time. My initial doctors appointment has been rescheduled two times and we are going on eight months of trying to get in to see her. Each morning of my scheduled appointment, her office calls in the morning and reschedule. And then they tell me we are sorry but she is scheduling for three months out. Completely unreliable and not trustworthy.
She use to be my PCD, so disappointed. When we first became her patients 2 years ago she had a 4.6 rating, she’s down to 3.8, I can see why. She is super sweet in person but as a doctor her follow up and search approach is bad, really bad. My partner stayed with her after I left her practice, but he’s leaving her practice today after he went in for this cough that wouldn’t go away, and instead of doing the basic blood work to rule certain things out first, she prescribed him antibiotics!!! The staff never answers the phone. They keep putting you on hold 30 minutes at a time and then they bill your insurance for care management services clinical staff time. Never providing help. Dr. Alvarado, whom you rarely get an opportunity to see, is very helpful and nice. So is her Nurse Practioner.
