She wants to collect as many copays as possible. She scheduled a pointless appointment and I had to pay $90 of copay twice for her to tell me that she is going away and won't be able to do my treatment. $180 dollars down the drain, other than the $180 she will get more payments from my insurance and that's all she cares about. Waste of time and money. Stay away!
Dr. Bianchi is great but waiting for 2 hours and a half for a follow up appointment is not pleasant at all. I brought my grandpa who is 92 years old for the follow up appointment with Dr. Bianchi at 1:15. At 3:15 nobody even cared if we were there waiting for 2 hours. My grandpa can’t sit for so long because of his chronic back pain and I had to reach the front desk to ask when we could see the Doctor. They told us just a “little bit”. Dr. Bianchi was very compassionate and competent. She provided excellent treatment with care. I'm so thankful to have crossed paths with her!
