Dr. Bala is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, a great listener and delivers exceptional clinical care.
Excellent doctor,every appointment and the surgery kept me at ease I now need surgery on my other eye and am very nervous because I moved out of state and she won't be the one conducting the procedure
My vision has been getting steadily worse year over year especially the last 6. Metro saw me in ‘21 and again in May. Their referral to Dr Bala gave me validation and hope. I’ll have corrective procedure next week. She listens, explains and is a wonderful Dr.
