“Unfortunately, my husband’s experience at Eli’s Salon was disappointing. He explained clearly the haircut he wanted, but the final result was uneven and did not match what he asked for. The service felt rushed and there was little attention to detail, especially with the fade. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we hoped for better communication and willingness to correct the issue. For the price and reputation, we expected a higher level of professionalism and care. Sadly, we left unsatisfied

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Eli’s Salon. I went in expecting a simple, clean haircut, but what I got was the complete opposite. The stylist didn’t seem to listen to what I asked for and rushed through the entire process. The cut is uneven, much shorter than I requested, and honestly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had.
