Buyer be aware. This company was hired to inspect and fix our chimney. They removed my great chimney cap replaced it with a little one and now my chimney leaks. We’ve called them back out. He came out and said he’d repair it and make it right for no additional charge but has has never showed up and doesn’t answer our calls. Now I’m stuck with a leaky chimney that hadn’t leaked before this company supposedly fixed it.
RecommendedAs a local realtor who calls contractors on a regular basis this company was awesome! The fact that they came out within four days of me calling and did the job on the same day they came out and completed it in professional workman like manner! I HIGHLY recommend them and would use them again!
No show. No call. Wasted a morning taken off of work.
They scheduled us in quickly for a sweep and inspection, called on their way to let us know they were coming, were polite and professional. They were able to repair our fireplace same day! Very happy. Thanks guys!
