My mini skid loader broke a valve stem in the middle of a large tree removal project. Called down to Viking and they had me taken care of in less than 5 minutes! They dropped their tools in the middle of a project to get me heading back to the job as soon as possible. Top notch customer service.
Excellent service. My wife was headed out of state when a warning light appeared on our vehicle. Called our usual service provider but they were unable to help. Eli’s was able to fit us in. They fixed the issue, needed brakes, and provided an overview of what to expect in the future. Will definitely return to Eli’s!. Eli helped me out in a desperate situation and relieved all my stress. He was even kind to my son and answered all our questions. Customer for life. Addition 2 years later -- Almost died driving to work having traction control issues. Called and got in same day, and issue resolved within 90 minutes.
