I took my f350 there as I had a low fuel pressure light and all I can say is trent is a good guy and the shop is very trustworthy im not one to make reviews and im pretty uptight about where I take my vehicles. They were not able to figure out the issue but they are not a diesel shop, however trent updated me at every corner and let me know what was going on, and gave me suggestions on were to take it, and most importantly did not try to upsell or be sleazy like most mechanics. Eli’s Automotive has been super great to work with. They have great customer service, and finish everything in a timely manner. We most recently had a repair on my car that was on the higher end of cost, and a week or so later we started having different issues and they fixed it and didn’t charge us for the issue. We didn’t expect that, and were very grateful for the kindness of that gesture.
Trent helped me diagnose my truck from Facebook several years ago, they have fixed little things and called us to come get our vehicle at no charge, they have always shot straight on pricing or vehicle reliability (2 vehicles were junk). Never just fixed something to make a buck, will lay everything out for us. They have earned my loyalty for anything I can’t (or just don’t want to) fix. Great place, great bunch of guys!
I had a tire blow just off the interstate while traveling to Illinois with my 3 little kids. His brother happened to stop and help me out and sent me over to Eli's where he came up with a quick plan of action to get me on the road as fast as possible. He somehow managed to find me new tires within an hour. He showed me that I really needed new shocks too and where they were actively leaking. They took my wheels off for madison powder coating and held my car until the wheels were done. They did a great job of caring for my car and putting the wheels back on at a very reasonable price! Thank you
