Great experience! I brought my car in because it was making some strange noises, and they were able to inspect it right away and get the repair scheduled quickly. The whole process was easy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. As a bonus, it wasn’t far from my home, so I was able to enjoy a nice walk while they took care of everything. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here!
My mini skid loader broke a valve stem in the middle of a large tree removal project. Called down to Viking and they had me taken care of in less than 5 minutes! They dropped their tools in the middle of a project to get me heading back to the job as soon as possible. Top notch customer service.
Excellent service. My wife was headed out of state when a warning light appeared on our vehicle. Called our usual service provider but they were unable to help. Eli’s was able to fit us in. They fixed the issue, needed brakes, and provided an overview of what to expect in the future. Will definitely return to Eli’s!. Update: my wife noticed an issue about 2 months after we had this service done. They were able to get us in within 2 days and they checked the vehicle over.
