Experienced, skilled, thoughtful. On top of that, he's simply a great guy. I've known Eliot for over a decade and had the chance to work with him in the same shop early in my career. It's rare to find someone who has both the skills and the demeanor. He's that guy.
I was trying to decide what I should do about the faulty transmission in my Ford Focus. The class action lawsuit guidelines and arbitration rules were extremely confusing. I retained Eliot for a disgruntled employee issue and a State of Oregon Certification issue. Throughout the entire process Eliot was level headed and provided much needed guidance and support. He was extremely thoughtful and personable through the entire matter and was able to give me assistance in resolving the situation. If I ever need services in the future like this I'll be asking him once again for his help.
