Dr. Kaplan has helped me tremendously in figuring out the correct prescription to correct my vision that 2 optometrists before him failed to achieve. His approach and patience have been a real benefit for me and I highly recommend him especially if you've struggled with your vision correction. I have been waiting almost 3 months for glasses. When I called 3 weeks after the eye exam, they said they should be ready soon. When I have called each of the 2 months since then, they don’t respond. While Kaplan is knowledgeable and competent, it’s irrelevant if they don’t communicate about the status of needed product
