Dr Kaplan is highly detailed and comprehensive. He took immense care getting my complicated optical and contacts prescriptions perfect. In the end I got a better prescription and he detected many things that other eye doctors missed. But damn did it take a lot of communication. I don’t know what’s up with his staff but there’s a lot of disorganization. Definitely worth the time and communication, especially if you have a complicated prescription.
Dr. Kaplan has helped me tremendously in figuring out the correct prescription to correct my vision that 2 optometrists before him failed to achieve. His approach and patience have been a real benefit for me and I highly recommend him especially if you've struggled with your vision correction. As a health practitioner myself I really appreciate his effectiveness as it means so much for my work. Thank you Dr. Kaplan!
I have been waiting almost 3 months for glasses. When I called 3 weeks after the eye exam, they said they should be ready soon. When I have called each of the 2 months since then, they don’t respond. While Kaplan is knowledgeable and competent, it’s irrelevant if they don’t communicate about the status of needed product
