Great place. Wonderful therapists and med drs and staff.
Med refills are incredibly slow refill line comes off kinda rude like they don't wanna deal with you. I've been here only a short time and have had 3 different psychiatrists already and with each one the issue of getting medications refilled on time gets worse. They will leave you days or weeks without essential medications. It's unfortunate that people that don't have the money to pay out of pocket for treatment are forced to go to places like this. And sadly this is actually one of the better eliot facilities
The doctors and staff here do not seem to understand the importance of staying on a prescribed medication. Common knowledge your not supposed to just stop medications without weaning off. This office doesn't give you much choice by making it impossible to get your prescription
My partner ran out of his medication a week ago, and has been calling constantly trying to get it refilled. No one ever picks up or returns his calls. He’s been seeing the same psychiatrist here for years now. I’ve tried calling on his behalf, and was finally able to speak to an actual human being who works here. They told me they would get back to him, but they still haven’t. There is no way to contact the prescriber directly, so I have no idea if the actual doctor is even aware of the situation.
