This guy Elios is really great. He has a really good staff and very good people take care of my property and very good craftsmanship and also they look very detail before finishing the job. and they did a great job on my property. I would recommend we should have these kind of contractor.

We hired Elios Improvement to repair our gutters and install a roof. We also hired them to build an outdoor shed enclosure. For the estimate, Eloy came by soon after we reached out and give an expert opinion about the source of the problem and possible solutions. The company provided an estimate of what the repairs cost and provided professional contracts and documentation and also provided the agreed upon paperwork on time which is very rare! Eloy and his team did a wonderful job on the exterior of our old Victorian home. They replaced support beams on the front porch, restored the old wood porch and bay windows, installed new gutters, and painted the full exterior (wood and aluminum siding). They were timely with the job, even people in the neighborhood commented how quickly they completed the work. They were also very clean and tidied up at the end of each work day. I called Elios Home Improvement for an emergency roof repair. Eloy contacted me and we set up at time for him to check my roof for an estimate. The price was fair and they came out to do the job the next day. They showed up early and got the job done quickly. Eloy sent me pictures and video of the before and after of their work and I was very impressed by their professionalism. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
