Love these Drs and PA's
Twice I had to see Dr Nusome . I’m a65 year old women whom stands on her feet for eight hours and have Cronic back issues. He belittled me because of my weight and said I should be more like him and exercise and eat better! He doesn’t know how I eat and I’m very conscience of my eating habits and am very careful to eat healthy!! I thought okay I don’t have to see him anymore. People may tend to bad mouth the receptionists but I don’t think you realize how busy they are with the phones and all their other duties. Yes this office has wonderful doctors , physicians assistant, nurses etc. but with that comes lots of people, phone calls and paperwork in addition to paying your bill etc. I’ve been there when the entire office was empty except the one receptionist who was taking the phone calls and assisting the physicians. The care I received from Dr Elio Vento and the nurse practitioners have been exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and displayed a high-level of professionalism. I was very impressed that Dr Vento took the time to thoroughly walk through my lab results, health history, provided notes and options for next steps. You could tell that Dr Elio Vento is genuinely interested in his patience and loves what he does.
