I am writing this review to share my very negative experience with Moustafa Abou-Sharkh, Broker at CENTURY 21 First Canadian Corp. Brokerage, so others can be cautious. From the beginning, I clearly explained to Mr. Abou-Sharkh that the offer documents were extremely long (approximately 20 pages) and that I did not fully understand all of the paperwork. Sarina Nikpour made buying a home in London such a smooth experience. She was always available to answer my questions, extremely responsive, and provided me with great advice every step of the way. One of the worst realtor i have seen. She doesnt have any expereince of selling high end houses, she mostly post high end house on marketplace and try to attract clients, I have my almost 3miillion dollar house for listing, she brought only few cushions and two chairs for staging and did a worst performance ever, not even take care lawn care. I requested to terminate, instead of terminate she wasted my 6 months time. I faced huge financial loss, she should not be in the real estate industry.
