I've purchase 6 homes and done a dozen refinances as well. For the past four months, I have been working with eLink Mortgage to refinance two properties, one being my primary residence, and the other an investment property. The representative I worked with definitely earned her money. We faced a lot of challenges along the way, mostly due to the companies providing the funding. She was helpful and addressed all of the concerns and we were able to close both loans.

I did my purchase loan twice and refinance once, all with officer Yanchun. In general the experience is fantastic. She is a very patient, responsive communicator. She is professional and helped analyze and pick the best rates for us. She is experienced, she once helped us deal with some unusual situations due to a visa issue, leading to a successful loan closure eventually. I would recommend her highly.

I would like to recommend eLink mortgage to anyone who needs to finance their home. I just refinanced my home through Tracy, I got a competitive rate saving me hundreds of bucks per month, and the whole process is a absolutely a breeze.
