Decided to look at a house and the agent had me sign a piece of paper, so I could see the house, but never told me I would be tied to her for the next 6 months. My daughter bought a home in her own name, because this agent wouldn’t release me and I’ve been trying to get a release ever since, but to no avail. Tried calling their office, no response. Great place to rent from or buy or sell your home
Horrendously unprofessional. Not only was I approved for a 2 bedroom apartment by one brother and denied the very next day by the other brother, it is very rare for anyone in the office to answer the phones or reply to emails. I rented with them for almost 4 years. They have no loyalty to long time tenants and community members. Sydney Eline is a literal Scrooge and Smiley Eline is quite obviously only qualified to work there because his daddy owned it. Shame.
