Terry arrived on time in the rain. She educated me about my problem while suggesting a solution which was cost-effective. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions completely, was in no hurry to explain everything.
Very disappointed with my (lack of) service. My wife and I just moved into a brand new home, and saw some evidence of either termite or carpenter ant damage in our garage. Also, we noticed a small but active powderpost beetle infestation in our 10 foot long mantle in the living room. They came, charged us almost $260, ended up not treating anything, and said it was just cost for the "inspection."
