Had to use this title company for the purchase of a business. The initial interactions were very positive and the communication was clear. The representative provided an estimate that was well documented and straightforward. I approved the work via email and did not hear back from the representative for over 3 1/2 months. Located in Annandale, it is easy to find and has good parking spaces. The office made a very clean impression, and most of all, I think Ms.Youngjoo is good at handling contracts and managing customers. Once you make a deal, you won't be able to think of another title company.
