I was a patient of Dr Owens in 2018 and have been receiving disability and healthcare benefits due to I have a seizure disorder. I not only have seizures but a history of seizures and take prescribed medication for them and they continue to see neurologist. However, during that time, Doctor, Owens stated to me that I was too young to be on disability, and I could work, and he reached out to Social Security administration and told them that I no longer needed Benefits and my benefits were cut off. Dr. Owens listened to my concerns. However, I felt as if he didn’t take account of the issues and attempt to research potential problems & treatments. Currently in search of a second opinion.

I normal don’t post. Mom second visit. Wait time is horrible and communication definitely not the best. At one point I work as hospital Social Worker and I feel that you should give patient more than 5 minute when you have them waited an hour or two for your expertise.

Five years ago, six days after giving birth I began having painful headaches, which lead to a hemorrhagic stroke. I had to learn how to walk and how to make my left arm to function properly. While still in therapy I visited this person office and was told that nothing was wrong with me , but a dropped face and I could return to work . I still appreciate many of the other professionals that work here though.
